Classes
Qigong classes for beginners will involve standing and movement (from Dragon and Tiger Qigong), and some elements of Energy Gates Qigong.
The 27-move Wu style Short Form developed in the 1980s by Bruce Frantzis with assistance from his teacher Liu Hung Chieh will be taught.
